Hemp has many benefits and can be used in many different ways. One of the most popular is eating the seeds of the plant.
Also called hemp hearts, hemp seeds look similar to popcorn kernels and have a nutty flavor.
Full of essential amino acids, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, hemp seeds are an excellent replacement for those with nut and glucose intolerances and can be used to create flour, milk, and oil.
The diversity of hemp and CBD makes it the perfect ingredient for cookies. Check more information about CBD on Herbzdepot.
